• Request in a simple paper where it states the reason of the cancellation.
• Power of Attorney at Law if is an entity (corporation).
• Add original Commercial License.
• Photocopy of the personal identification document the owner or the Legal Representative.
• When it is related to the cancellation for a sale or transfer, it must annex three (3) publications in the Government Gazette and three (3) publications in any newspaper of the local circulation.(Art. 777 of the Mercantile Code).
