TYPE “A”: In order to operate the wholesale business. It is included according to the present norms:
- The rendering of services, with the exceptions of those classified as a retail business by the current legislation.
- The sales to the State.
- The operation of all kind of commercial activities, with the exception of those described as retail business.
TYPE “B”: In order to operate indistinctively wholesale and retail business, it is included according to the present norms:
- The sale of goods to the consumer.
- The Representative or Agency of Mercantile or Commercial Companies.
- Any other activity that a special law classifies as such in the future.
