The 19th Article of the Executive Decree 35 of 1996 states that the Public Authority will require the fulfillment of special requirements for the following activities:
- Bar, Wine vaults and Canteens.
- Restaurants whose main activity is the sale of roasts and the storage of beers and liquors.
- Manufacture, buy and selling, of weapons, ammunition and explosives, and
- The other activities that by special laws therefore demands it.
