The branches are granted by an Authenticated Copy of the License or Commercial Registry that is obtained giving the following documents:
- Request in a form provided by the Ministry of Commerce and Industries or simple paper that it must contain the following information:
- Name or Entity (Corporation) name of the holder of the License or Registry, personal identification document or passport, or inscription number in the Public Registry.
- Address of the branch that will be granted with the authenticated copy of the License or Registry.
- Identification number of the License or Registry and its inscription in the Commercial Registry.
- Power of Attorney at Law if is granted to an entity (corporation).
- Two (2) photocopies of the License or Commercial or Industrial Registry.
- Tax stamp of USD$4.00
