Exceptions to non revoke
The Foundations are irrevocable, except:
▪ When the Original Act has not been registered in the Registry Public.
▪ When the opposite in the Act set itself specifically Original.
▪ By anyone of the causal ones of revocation of the donations.
▪ When the Foundation has been created so that it has desired effects after the death of the Founder in excluding and limitless form.
