Document Continuation
The foundations constituted according to a foreign law, they will be able to take refuge in the Panamanian law, issuing a Personal identification document Continuation that must contain the following thing:
- Name of the Foundation and the date of its constitution.
- Data of its inscription or deposit registered in the country of origin.
- express Declaration of its desire to continue its legal existence as a Panamanian Foundation.
- the requirements established in article 5 of the Law, that they stipulate for the constitution of the Foundations of Interest Prevailed.
- In addition, the following documents must be enclosed:
- Copy of the Original Act of Constitution of the Foundation that express his desire to continue in Panama, along with nobody later modification
- Power of attorney at law granted Panamanian
