Extension of the Permission of Temporary Visitor Under Agreement of Marraquech

Legal foundation: Decree Law #16 of 30th of June of 1960, the Decree Law #13 of 20 of September of 1965, the Law 6ta of 5 of March of 1980, Law 47 of 1999 and Executive decree #52 of 19th of February of 2003, Agreement of Marraquech (Law 23 of 1997) approved by means of the Law published in Gazette#23340 of 26 of 1997 July, and Resolution 1.451 of 25 of February of 2005.

Approximated time of process: 2 to 4 months.

Candidates:

Those can ask for prorogation that they have obtained Visa of Temporary Visitor Under Agreement of Marrakech and they will be able to present the documentation, a month before to overcome the initial permission.

Requirements:

▪ Transaction Membership card.
▪ Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with name, code and record number of the doctor).

- Power:
  - General of the contracting company:
    - Partnership name and Commercial Name,
    - Location of the main office,
    - Fax and Telephone numbers,
    - Email address,
    - Name and general information of the Legal Representative or Empowered General if there is
  - Complete Information of the person or people interested:
    - Name,
    - Nationality,
    - Exact address,
    - Name and Nationality of the parents,
    - Telephone numbers,
    - Email address.
  - General Information of the Lawyer
    - Office’s Address,
    - Fax and Telephone numbers,
    - Email address.
  - Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  - The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary. The principal must be the Legal Representative of the company. If the applicant foreigner is in Panama, the power must be signed by the Legal Representative of the Company contractor as by the foreigner who wishes to obtain Permission of Temporary Visitor.
- Request:
  - General and complete information of the applicants and dependants.
  - Complete and general information of the lawyer.
  - Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
    - Number of the Check,
    - Name of the Bank,
    - Date,
    - Amount.
  - List and identify the documents that are enclosed.
  - Expose the foundations in fact and of right in as the request is sustained of prorogues.
  - Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six (6) months of each applicant.
Photocopy of the passport of each applicant.
Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
Resolution sent by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development that it authorizes to the person interested in order to work in the national territory as a Low employee the Agreement of Marraquech. In case of Not having it to date of presentation of the Visa Request, can to present Certification sent by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, in as it is indicated that this permission is in process or can to present simple copy of the power and request by means of lawyer directed to the MITRADEL. In this case, it is slope the presentation of the respective Permission of Work once is approved,
so that the Request of Visa continues its process . In case that the Permission of Work is Not approved, the visa will be denied.
▪ Receipt of payment of the Request of Certification of Migratory status that emits address of Migration for use of the Ministry of Work.
Contract of original Work, or authenticated photocopy, authenticated by the MITRADEL.
Letter of Work in paper letterhead of the company signed by the Legal Representative, in whom it must to express the wage to pay by the foreigner.
Photocopy of the Commercial License of the company.
Card of Social Insurance in which the payment is reflected of the quotes of social security (a minimum of nine continuous).
