The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary. The principal must be the Legal Representative of the company. If the applicant foreigner is in Panama, the power must be signed by the Legal Representative of the Company contractor as by the foreigner who wishes to obtain Permission of Temporary Visitor.

- Resolution sent by the Ministry of Work and Labor development (MITRADEL), in which it is authorized to work in the national territory as a employee within 15% of the specialized personnel or technician, or as a manager or personnel of confidence. In case of Not having it to the date of presentation of the Request of Visa, he can present Certification sent by MITRADEL, in which it is indicated that this permission is in process or can present simple copy of the power and request by means of lawyer directed to the MITRADEL. In this case, slope has left the presentation of the respective one Permission of Work once is approved, so that Visa request continues its process. If the Permission of Work is not approved, or pass three or more months without the corresponding Resolution appears of Approval, the Request of Temporary Visitor will be denied.

- Letter of work in paper letterhead of the company signed by the Legal Representative, in whom it must to express the wage to pay by the foreigner.
- Photocopy of the Commercial License of the company.
- Photocopy of the Public Registry Certificate in that the legal function and position of agent of the company consists.
- Card of the Social Insurance in which it must be reflected payment of nine quotes as a minimum.
