Requirements:
- Power of attorney at law and Request.
- Letter of the company or companies in Panama certifying that it makes responsible for the permanence of interested and his exit of the country within the authorized time, and the reason for the trip.
- Copy of the Passport including the pages showing the seals of entrance and exit.
- Copy from the last Visa to Panama.
- Receipt of light, water and telephone of the person who becomes the person in charge of staying in Panama, Contract of Renting authenticated by the Ministry of House.
- Certification of the Colon Free Zone (if it applies)
- Declaration of Rent, Public Title deed. (if no they are original must be authenticated by the Ministry of Economy and Finances)
- Bank Reference Letter.
- Present copies of the Certificate authenticated by the Tribunal Electoral of the person who will become the person in charge in Panama.
- Present the Marriage certificate enrolled in the Registry Civilian of Panama. (if he applies)
- Certification of Migratory Status of the person in charge in Panama in case that he is foreign.
- Legal Background Record
- Personal identification document original Kinship. It is granted temporarily and it does not give right to ask for Visa of Immigrant.
