Requirements:
- Power of attorney at law and Request.
- Letter of the responsible person in Panama certifying his responsibility of the permanence and exit of the country of the person interested within the authorized time, and the reason for the trip.
- Present Personal Identity card of the person in charge.
- Receipt of light, water and telephone of the person in charge.
- Copy of the passport including the pages showing the seals of entrance and exit.
- Visa Copy. (if it applies)
- Copy of the Membership card of Residence or Personal identification document the country where it resides interested.
- Bank References of the person responsible or Declaration for Rent.
