When presenting the documentation, it is sent a membership card to process for three months and when the request is approved the membership card is extended to a provisional permanence card with year validity. The cost of the membership cards will be covered by the person interested as well as the fiscal stamp of USD$10.00 for those nationalities that require a visa.
