Candidates:
Members of Missions or Religious Communities properly recognized by the Ministry of Government and Justice registered in the Public Registry of Panama such as the Christian faith, Bahai, Buddhist, Hindustan, Islamite or Muslims, Judaists, and others.
The residence permission extends by a year and can to ask for four prorogations until covering the period maximum of 5 years, after which, if it continues in the mission, must leave the country and when entering to initiate again the process.
The beneficiary of this visa can not dedicate to activities of political type, nor to the organization or advising of people or groups with opposite aims to the public order. The foreigner is not authorized a either to work in the country in other functions that are not communicated by its organization or religious community a address of Migration when request the Permission of Residence as a Temporary Visitor or his prorogation. Requests of missions won’t be accepted to develop by Organism non Governmental (ONGS) or Organisms
International.
It will be denied the request or cancelled the visa granted if the missionary evolves in workings administrative of the mission, such as secretariats, accounting or workings that correspond to personnel of it plants. The missionary must register and pay his quotes to Surely Social and Taxes on the Rent.
