Visa of Temporary Visitor in Quality of Person Contracted by the State

Candidates:
This permission of residence grants those people that they need to reside temporarily in the country, stops to serve for which they have been contracted by the State or independent organizations or semi-independent.

If the request includes dependants it must be contributed:

1. Certainty of Kinship:

  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth Certificate

2. Letter of responsibility of the main person interested, by each one of its dependants in who a is committed to cover all the expenses of feeding, health, education, recreation and in general all the expenses that will be necessary housing of the employee in Panamanian territory, as well as of its repatriation if this were necessary

3. The people of legal age must contribute certification of studies that the condition of student credits college student of the person interested.

4. Single they are admitted as a dependants:

  • The parents of the main applicant,
  • The minor children,
  • The older children of 18 years, but smaller of 25 years, that they are regular students of educative centers
    recognized by the Ministry of Education, unmarried and without children

VISAS OF TEMPORARY VISITORS

Requirements:

  • Transaction Membership card.
  • Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with name, code and record number of the doctor).
  • Power of Attorney and Request
    • Power:
      • Complete Information of the person or people interested:
        • Name,
        • Nationality,
        • Exact address,
        • Name and Nationality of the parents,
        • Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • General Information of the Lawyer
        • Office’s Address,
        • Fax and Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
      • The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee of the National Office of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before a Public Notary.
    • Request:
      • General and complete information of the applicants and dependants.
      • Complete and general information of the lawyer.
      • Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
        • Number of the Check,
        • Name of the Bank,
        • Date,
        • Amount.
      • List and identify the documents that they enclose.
      • Expose the foundations in fact and of right. 
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  • Background Record of the country of origin or the country where it has resided last the two years. If the person interested has two or more years of continuous residence in Panama he is free to present this document.
  • Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six months of each one of the applicants.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each applicant.
  • Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
  • Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
  • Certified Check or of Management by the amount of one hundred dollars (USD$100.00) in favor of the National Treasure.
  • Contract of Work authenticated by the General Controllership (Auditory) of the Republic, or photocopy of the Contract of Work authenticated by the General Controllership (Auditory), or photocopy of Public Newspaper which it appears the contract published.
