The worker will be able to extend his leave of residence while the use of the contract lasts; but it wont able to surpass the term of five years, to less that to express request of the State his is authorized it prorogues to verify itself that it is of urgent necessity for the execution and fulfillment of the contract celebrated.
The hiring of these foreigners will have to fulfill the percentage of hiring of foreigners
established in the Law and the Permissions of Work they will have to transact before the Ministry of Work and Labor development within 10% of the personnel ordinary or within 15% of the specialized personnel, according to it is the case. The worker will have to perceive, in opinion of address National of Migration and Naturalization a “entrance sufficient minimum”, which could Not be inferior a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD$500.00) monthly (of which 20% can be paid in species), as it has the Code Work.
One that for the prorogation of this permission, foreigner will have the obligation to present the quotes of Social Insurance paid or in its defect, Declaration of Rent by the perceived income, with its receipt of respective payment. Single the requests of companies are accepted that they have a direct contract with the State, won´t be accepted requests of subcontracted companies. In the cases in which one is offices or professions reserved by Law to the nationals or with Special Laws, will have to fulfill these norms and to contribute the authorizations respective.
By the quality and specialty of this permission will allow the request of dependants of the foreigner that it applies the same one.

- Certified Check or of Management by the amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD$100.00) in favor of the National Treasure.
- Photocopy of the Contract of Work authenticated by General Controllership (Auditory), or photocopy of the Government Newspaper which it appears the published contract.
- Letter of Work, in paper letterhead of the company, indicating that the person interested
is used this company, position to occupy, wage to pay and responsibility to repatriate it in
case of being necessary.
- Letter emitted by the state organization responsible for hiring and its execution, in which it confirms existence of the contract.
- Resolution sent by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, where it authorizes to applicant to work in the national territory as a employee within 10% of the personnel or inside of 15% of the personnel specialized, according to it is the case.
