Visa of Temporary Visitor and Permission of Residence in Quality of Executive of the Colon Free Zone

Candidates:

This visa of temporary visitor and its corresponding one residence permission can
be asked for by all those foreigners who perform stop functions level, such as
direction, confidence executives, of control, management, administration, of representation or of technological production, in companies located within the estates of the Colon Free Zone .

The permission is temporary and could be renewed until by period of 5 years. It
must consider that this permission only authorizes the beneficiary to make
lucrative workings, in exclusive form for the company or on behalf of the company that contracts it.

Requirements:

  • Transaction Membership card.
  • Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with the name, code and License of the doctor).
  • Power of attorney at law and Request.

      • Complete Information of the person or people interested:
        • Name,
        • Nationality,
        • Exact address,
        • Name and Nationality of the parents,
        • Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • General Information of the Lawyer
        • Office’s Address,
        • Fax and Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
      • The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee (a) of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary.
    • Request:
      • General and complete information of the applicants and dependants.
      • Complete and general information of the lawyer.
      • Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
        • Number of the Check,
        • Name of the Bank,
        • Date,
        • Amount.
      • List and identify the documents that are enclosed.
      • Expose the foundations in fact and of right. 
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  • Background Record of the country of origin or of country where it has resided interested last the two years. If the person interested has two or more years of residence continuous in Panama he is free to present this document.
  • Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six months of each one of the applicants.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each one of applicants.
  • Two (2) photos membership card size of each one of applicants.
  • Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
  • Certified Check or of Management by the amount of ONE HUNDRED
    DOLLARS (USD$100.00) in favor of the National Treasure.
  • Resolution sent by the Ministry of Work and Labor development (MITRADEL), where it is authorized to interested to work in the national territory as a Executive of the Colon Free Zone. In case of no to have it to the date of presentation of the Request in Migration, can present Certification sent by the MITRADEL, in which
    this Permission is indicated that of Work is in process  or simple copy of the Power and Request by means of lawyer directed to the MITRADEL. In this case, slope has left the presentation of the Permission of Work once it is approved.  To refuse the Permission by Ministry of Labor and Social Development or Not to present this document to Migration, it will be come to deny the Permission of Temporary Visitor as a Executive of the Colon Free Zone
  • Letter of Work in paper letterhead of the company, or Contract of Work in simple paper with seal of company, or Contract of Work in simple paper authenticated by the MITRADEL, or Contract of Work in simple paper with photocopy of the Commercial License of the company.
  • Certification of the Colon Free Zone , where point out the participation of the person interested in company established in this zone and requesting it sights and the permission of temporary visitor.
