Visa of Temporary Visitor in Quality of Credited correspondent of Press abroad

Requirements:

  • Provisonal id.
  • Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with the name, code and record number of the doctor).

      • Name and Nationality of the parents,

    • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.

The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary.

VISAS OF TEMPORARY VISITORS

    • Request:
      • General and complete information of the applicants and dependants
      • Complete and general information of the lawyer.
      • Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
        • Number of the Check,
        • Name of the Bank,
        • Date,
        • Amount.
      • List and identify the documents that are enclosed.
      • Expose the foundations in fact and of right. 
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  • Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six months of each applicant.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each applicant.
  • Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
  • Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each applicant.
  • Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
  • Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
  • Certified Check or of Management by the amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD$100.00) in favor of the National Treasure.
  • Medical Certification of the country of origin of interested where its incapacity is credited, diagnosis of its disease and the duration of treatment, which must be by a maximum period of (1) year. In the Certification it must be recommended medical treatment in Panama, to have the company’s signature and stamp with the name, code and record number of the doctor who it sends and to be properly added or authenticated by the Panamanian Consul in that country and by the Ministry of Outer relations in Panama.
  • Letter of the hospital or medical center in Panama in as to confirm itself to me that the foreigner will be or one is hospitalized. This letter must contain the name of doctor who take care of it and ailment that is treating.
  • Photocopy of the effective Membership card of the resident relative or photocopy of the effective personal Identity card of resident relative, authenticated by the Civil Registry.
  • Letter of responsibility of the resident, relative, or designated tutor, in who this one takes responsibility economically of the foreigner, he affirms that he will Not represent load for the Panamanian State, and that commits a to repatriate it in case of being necessary.
  • Proof of Economic Solution of the resident that can to be:
    • Declaration of Rent, with its respective receipts of payment.
    • Letter of Work with the last Card of the Social Insurance or the last Checkbook of the Check of Payment, for dependants public.
    • Letter of Banking Reference.
    • Personale identification document Retirement.
