Visa of Temporary Visitor for Visit a Relatives

 

Candidates:

This permission sends only the people who fulfill with some of the kinship degrees that speak Article 1 of Executive Decree No52 of 19 of February of 2003, and will be only approved by a period of nine (9) months without extensions.

They can ask for this type of visa and the corresponding one permission those foreigners who wish to visit his spouse, relatives in line straight ascending or descendent, and relatives in line collateral until the second degree, whenever his relatives are resident authorized. This permission must be asked for before it wins period of three (3) months if the person interested shows quality of tourist. Therefore, it will not be accepted request of the Permission of Temporary Visitor by Visit to Relatives, if Prorogation of Tourist has been asked for.

Requirements:

  • Transaction Membership card.
  • Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with name, code and record number of the doctor).

        • Name,
        • Nationality,
        • Exact address,
        • Name and Nationality of the parents,
        • Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • General Information of the Lawyer
        • Office’s Address,
        • Fax and Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
      • The Power will have to appear personally before civil employee of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary.
    • Request:
      • General and complete information of the applicants and dependants.
      • Complete and general information of the lawyer.
      • Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
        • Number of the Check,
        • Name of the Bank,
        • Date,
        • Amount.
      • List and identify the documents that they enclose.
      • Expose the foundations in fact and of right. 
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  • Background Record of the country of origin or of country where it has resided interested last the two years. If the person interested is two or more years old of it calls to account continuous in Panama is free to present this document.
  • Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six months of each applicant.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each applicant.
  • Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
  • Certified Check or of Management by the amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD$100.00) in favor of the National Treasure.
  • Sworn declarationon of Personal Antecedents.
  • Certainty of Kinship:
    • Marriage certificate
    • Birth Certificate
  • Letter of responsibility of the resident relative, in which becomes person in charge of the foreigner and of repatriation in case of being necessary.
  • Photocopy of the effective Membership card or photocopy of the Certificate of personal identity of the resident relative, authenticated by the Civil Registry.
  • Proof of Economic Solution of the relative resident:
    • Declaration of Rent with its respective receipts of payment.
    • Letter of Work, with the last Card of the Box of Surely Social or the last Checkbook of the Check of Payment, for the dependants public.
    • Letter of Banking Reference, only if it is controlled on credit Fixed Deposit by a non smaller period of (1) year, by the extreme minimum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS (USD$100,000.00).
    • Personale identification document Retirement.
