Permission of Temporary Visitor as a Person Credited by the Foundation City of Knowledge.

Candidates:

The Decree Law 6 of 10 of February of 1998 approved celebrated contract between the State and the Foundation City of Saber (FCS). Article 6 of this Decree it establishes special migratory conditions for foreign personnel who enters the country to help to the development of the project and by virtue of this disposition, the Permissions of Temporary Visitor they grant in the following categories:

▪ Temporary Visitor in Quality of Investigator
▪ Temporary Visitor in Quality of Professor
▪ Temporary Visitor in Quality of Industrialist
▪ Temporary Visitor in Quality of Technician
▪ Temporary Visitor in Quality of Student

The Request of the Permission of Residence can to appear before or after the entrance of the foreigner to the country and he himself it is granted by two years prorrogables to its victory. Multiple Visa that allows him to leave from the country and to enter again, can obtain it by same term. If the applicant of the Permission of Temporary Visitor in quality of Investigator, Professor, Industrialist or Technician, comes accompanied from dependants (spouse, parents, children minor, or older of 18 years and minors of 25 who are unmarried students) must to enclose the requirements of the Permission of Residence in quality of Employee of a Resident relative, proving the kinship bond and that the resident it counts on the sufficient economic solution, fixed by the Executive Decree #52 of 19th of February of 2003 (minimum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) monthly, plus seventy five dollars ($75.00) by each employee). In addition, the letter is due to contribute of responsibility towards the family.

In case that the foreigner who ties to the FCS belong to some of the nationalities that they require Visa Printed or Consulted to enter the country, process  of the visa must become through the FCS.

Requirements:

  • Transaction Membership card.
  • Medical certificate of Good Health sent within the three (3) months previous to the date of presentation. (It must have date, company’s signature and stamp with the name, code and record number of the doctor).

  • Power of attorney at law and Request.
    • Power:
      • Complete Information of the person or people interested:
        • Name,
        • Nationality,
        • Exact address,
        • Name and Nationality of the parents,
        • Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • General Information of the Lawyer
        • Office’s Address,
        • Fax and Telephone numbers,
        • Email address.
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
      • The Power will have to appear personally, by Legal representative of the Foundation City of Saber, or of the company or organization affiliated with the City of Saber, with which the foreigner settles down his relation, before civil employee (a) of the National Management of Migration and Naturalization or with the Note of Personal Presentation before Public Notary. If the applicant is smaller of age, the power must be granted by the designated tutor, by an authorized resident relative or the Director or Director of the Training center.
    • Request:
      • General and complete information of the applicants and dependants.
      • Complete and general information of the lawyer.
      • Complete and general information of the checks that are contributed:
        • Number of the Check,
        • Name of the Bank,
        • Date,
        • Amount.
      • List and identify the documents that are enclosed.
      • Expose the foundations in fact and of right. 
      • Tax stamp of value of USD$4.00 by page.
  • Passport of the country of origin with a minimum validity of six months of each applicant.
  • Photocopy of the passport of each applicant. Two (2) photos membership card size of each applicant.
  • Sworn declaration of Personal Antecedents.
