The Law #25 of 12th of June of 1995 that regulates the Foundations of Deprived Interest, it establishes in detail how they are constituted and the same work. The dispositions of this Law have been regulated by virtue of Executive Decree # 417 of 8 of August of 1995, per which it is believed in the General Management of Public registry, the Section of Foundations of Private Interest and it regulates the inscription of the constitution, modification and extension of these foundations.
▪ The Foundation of Private Interest is a permanent legal being that it subsists beyond the death of the Founder or the donor, preserving the essence of its will as far as the administration and benefit of its Patrimony.
▪ Organization: distribution of those who (people or beings) they participate in the Foundation.
