The firm can advise governments and the private sector on all aspects of the World Trade Organization's dispute resolution mechanism and on the commercial agreements entered into by the Republic of Panama.

We can also assist with compliance with the commercial legislation and with the drafting of legislative proposals on all government-related aspects, including compiling information, strategic planning and lobbying in order to propose, amend or prevent legislation and regulations.
